Dear Horse Show Enthusiast,
Lehman Farms is located in Pittsford, New York just South of the New York State Thruway, Interstate 90, between Exits 46 & 45. For those who have shown here, you know they have two indoor arenas. One indoor arena will be available for schooling, while the show is going on in the other indoor arena. These arenas are joined by a common walkway. There are always ample breaks as well to allow additional schooling in the main show pen. The hunt course will be set up the evening before the class for schooling. Ample time will be allowed to school over Trail obstacles as well on the day of the class. There will be no warm-up charges imposed for either fence classes or trail. No fees for showing off the trailer. Stabling will be in either 10 X 12 or 10 X 10 stalls with solid walls and doors. Two outdoor rings will be available for additional schooling and if you need to longe your horse. The sand ring adjacent to the arena is available as well. Limited camper hook-ups with electric are $75 each weekend. Self contained campers/trailers, not hooking up to electric, may park overnight in designated area, at no charge. If you plug in, you will be charged for a camper spot (no exceptions). There are some outside water hydrants. Please be courteous and unhook your hose after filling up your water tank.
Stall reservations with payment will be accepted beginning January 1, 2008. Permanent or portable stalls inside are $125 each for each 4-day weekend. All other stalls are $100 each. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. No refunds after March 17, 2008. Please make your check payable to: Elite Show Management, Inc.

Horses may begin to arrive on the grounds at Noon on Wednesday, April 16, 2008. Layovers/extra nights at $15 each horse. For your convenience, the Horse Show Office will be open for entries 6-9 PM on Wednesday, April 16 & 3-9 PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, and on show days at 6:30 AM daily until close of show each night. No advance entries are required for this show, but we ask that you enter as early as possible at the show to assure timely postings of class gos. Additional classes may be entered throughout the day, but you must be entered in the class in the show office before you can enter the ring for that class. If you later decide to scratch a class you have entered, please be sure to fill out a scratch form prior to that class so you won't be charged for it.
Bonnie's Delights will be available on the grounds for your dining pleasure.
