Sr., Akron, New York Dear Horse Show Enthusiast, In 2011 our shows will be held at The Fairgrounds Showplex, located in Hamburg, New York. Our thanks to Lehman Farms, Pittsford, New York, for their gracious hospitality over the past few years. The Fairgrounds Showplex is conveniently located in Hamburg, New York. With easy access from the New York State Thruway (Exit 56 or 57), it is just one hour from the Pennsylvania state line and twenty minutes from Buffalo. The new 52,000 square foot show complex features a 125' X 225' indoor show arena. The facility includes two other indoor arenas, one arena next to the Showplex will be available full-time for daily warm-ups and a separate indoor arena for specific events. There are no warm-up charges imposed for either fence classes or trail for show participants. No fence fees. No charge for showing off trailer, but all horses remaining on the grounds overnight must be stabled. All stabling in new 10' X 10' portable stalls in buildings (no tents). All stalls assigned on a first paid, first served basis. Wash racks inside and out. Camping facilities with electric and water. Stall reservations with payment will be accepted beginning January 1, 2011. All stalls are $125 for each 4-day weekend per stall. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. Camping facilities are $125 each weekend. If you plug in or park in a designated camper spot, you will be charged for a camper spot (no exceptions). Please make checks payable to: Elite Show
Management, Inc. After April 1, 2011, stall refunds with vet certificate only. No refunds on stalls after show starts. Horses may begin to arrive on the grounds at Noon on Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Layovers/extra nights with permission of show management (fees may apply). For your convenience, the Horse Show Office will be open for entries 3-9 PM on Wednesday, April 13 & 3-9 PM on Tuesday, April 19, 2011, and on show days from 6:30 AM daily until close of show each night. No advance entries are required for this show, but we ask that you enter as early as possible at the show to assure timely postings of class orders of go, where required. Additional classes may be entered throughout the day, but you must be entered in the class in the show office before you can enter the ring for that class. If you later decide to scratch a class you have entered, please be sure to fill out a scratch form prior to that class so you won't be charged for it.
