Dear Horse Show Enthusiast,
Lehman Farms is located in Pittsford, New York just South of the New York State Thruway, Interstate 90, between Exits 46 & 45. For those who have shown here, you know they have two indoor arenas. In 2007 we utilized both indoor rings. We plan to do the same in June. One ring will always be available for schooling, while showing in the other. There will be no warm-up charges imposed for either fence classes or trail. Working hunter fences will be set each evening to allow for ample schooling. No fees for showing off the trailer. Stabling will be in either 10 X 12 or 10 X 10 stalls with solid walls and doors. Two outdoor rings will be available for additional schooling and if you need to longe your horse. The sand ring adjacent to the arena is available as well. Additional camper hook-ups have been added. These have electric only and are $75 each weekend. Water is available, but we ask that you fill your tank, then disconnect. Bring plenty of hose. Self contained campers/trailers, not hooking up to electric or water, may park overnight in designated area, at no charge. If you are parked in a camper spot, you will be charged for the hook-up.
Stall reservations with payment will be accepted beginning April 1, 2008. All stalls are $125 each for this 3-day weekend. Checks will be deposited upon receipt. No refunds on stalls after May 15, 2008. Please make your check payable to: Elite Show Management, Inc.

Horses may begin to arrive on the grounds at Noon on Thursday, May 29, 2008. Layovers/extra nights at $15 each horse. For your convenience, the Horse Show Office will be open for entries 6-9 PM on Thursday and 6:00 AM daily on show days until close of show each night. Exhibitor Party on Saturday night. No advance entries are required for this show, but we ask that you enter as early as possible at the show to assure timely postings of class gos. Additional classes may be entered throughout the day, but you must be entered in the class in the show office before you can enter the ring for that class. If you later decide to scratch a class you have entered, please be sure to fill out a scratch form prior to that class so you won't be charged for it.
